Salmon and Vegetables Stir Fry

This is a great meal that goes great with rice.

Ingredients:

1 or  2lb. of Deli fresh Salmon.

2 or 3 cups of rice.

 2 or 4 carrots.

6 to eight green onions,

6 green leaves of leek.

6 green leaves of kale.

4 pieces of fresh garlic.

Oregano

Basil

Accent Flavor Enhancer Seasoning

1 Tablespoon of  Olive Oil.

Instructions:

Cut fresh salmon into strips and garlic into small cubes. Add in olive oil into frying pan. Cut up all vegetables and stir fry with salmon. Blending in all seasonings.  Cook rice separately.  Serves about 5.
