Spicy Cutlet Recipe
This is great for people on diets.
Ingredients
- 2 tofu (mashed)
- 2 potatoes (fried and mashed after its cold)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (just a bit coz its really hot)
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- salt to taste
- sarawak pepper
- white pepper
- all purpose flour
- 1 egg
Method
- Mix together the mashed potato and tofu together
- add in the cayenne pepper , chilli powder , salt , sarawak pepper , white pepper.
- mix all together.
- then beat the eggs together with the white eggs in a separate bowl.
- take a bit of the mixture and roll it a the size of a ping pong ball
- roll it in the flour
- and roll it in the egg too.
- fry it.
May serve it hot or cold.
Note : The cayenne pepper may burn the fat in our body. its too spicy.
