Try Some Vegetarian Delights: Gluten Supreme with Mushroom and Other Vegetables 2

Nosh your family with mouth watering food to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • ½ kilo gluten, cut lengthwise
  • Black pepper, ground (optional)
  • ¼ kilo fresh mushroom, thinly cut
  • 3 pieces bell pepper, cubed
  • ¼ size cabbage, cut in wedges
  • Soy sauce
  • Oil

Method

  1. Marinade gluten in soy sauce with a dash of black pepper.
  2. Fry gluten and set aside.
  3. Sauté cabbage, then mushroom.
  4. Seasoned with soy sauce.
  5. Add gluten.
  6. Mix thoroughly.  Simmer, and then add bell pepper.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
