Ingredients
- ½ kilo gluten, cut lengthwise
- Black pepper, ground (optional)
- ¼ kilo fresh mushroom, thinly cut
- 3 pieces bell pepper, cubed
- ¼ size cabbage, cut in wedges
- Soy sauce
- Oil
Method
- Marinade gluten in soy sauce with a dash of black pepper.
- Fry gluten and set aside.
- Sauté cabbage, then mushroom.
- Seasoned with soy sauce.
- Add gluten.
- Mix thoroughly. Simmer, and then add bell pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
