Tuar Dal Recipe

A special Indian recipe.

Ingredients

  • TuarDal (Split Pigeon peas): 1 Cup
  • Water: 2 Cups
  • Oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Chilly Powder:1 teaspoon
  • Salt powder:2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala:1 teaspoon
  • Chat Masala:1 teaspoon
  • Sabji Masala:1 teaspoon
  • Green Chilies: 4
  • Tomatoes: 2
  • Onion: 3

Method

  1. Put Pressure Cooker on the Gas Stove.
  2. Put oil, onion mushroom seeds, cumin seeds, green chilly in it
  3. Heat it till onion gets glossy transparent or Gold color.
  4. After heating it, put tomatoes in it and heat it till tomatoes gets pulpy.
  5. After that, put all the spices (masalas) like (Chilly, Salt, GaramMasala, Chat, and SabjiMasala)
  6. Put TuarDal and Water in it.
  7. Close the Pressure Cooker and wait for it to whistle it 3 times.
