A Liver Cleansing Salad

An easy to make salad to consume by itself or as a healthy addition to your meat or pasta dishes.
Serves 4
1 cup broccoli blanched
1 cup celery diced
1 cup green capsicum diced
1 cup green beans chopped and lightly blanched
1 bunch of spring onions, cleaned and chopped
1 cup snow peas
1 cup parsley chopped or run through a food processor
1 cup cucumber with skin on
1/2 cup fresh coriander
1/2 cup fresh tomatoes chopped
Toss all ingredients together and enjoy salad by itself or as a healthy addition to your meat and pasta dishes.
This salad not only helps to cleanse the liver but as an addition to a meal, also reduces calorie intake.
