A Simple Macaroni Salad Recipe

I would like to share with you my very own simple macaroni salad recipe. This salad is very easy to prepare and surely a delicious treat for the holidays.

Ingredients:

450 grams elbow macaroni

1 medium size canned fruit cocktail mix

2 250 ml all-purpose cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup condensed milk

1/2 cup cheddar cheese diced into small pieces

How to  make:

Cook elbow macaroni according to instructions, and then drain when cooked. In a large bowl, mix all purpose cream thoroughly until there are no more lumps. Then add the mayonnaise and condensed milk while stirring. Lastly, add the elbow macaroni, fruit cocktail and cheese. Mix well. Chill for at least an hour then serve.

    Yummmy! I adore cheese and mayonnaise together as I sometimes make a sandwich for breakfast of mayonnaise and a slice of cheese and depending on the season a tomato slice and pickle. I lke the idea of adding fruit coctail. Ithink I like food too much =) I am not allowed to cook, but will have my mom who is always cooking make this soon. We cannot have it tonight as we have no fruit coctail and it is going to be raining and snowing a freezing today so we aren’t going out today.
