Almond Salad

A recipe for a great tasting low fat salad.

Almond Salad

  • Chopped Broccoli
  • Toasted Almonds
  • Red Onions
  • Two Gala Apples (Chopped)
  • One Cup of Red Grapes
  • Bacon Bit’s (optional)
  • 2-4 Celery Sticks (Chopped)

Mix it all together in a bowl.

For the dressing…

  • One Cup of mayo
  • One tablespoon of Red Vinegar
  • One tablespoon of sugar

Mix it together, Stir it, and pour it on the salad. Then leave It In the refrigerator for 2 hours or more for great taste.

Perfect for camping and picnics.
