Almond Salad
A recipe for a great tasting low fat salad.
Almond Salad
- Chopped Broccoli
- Toasted Almonds
- Red Onions
- Two Gala Apples (Chopped)
- One Cup of Red Grapes
- Bacon Bit’s (optional)
- 2-4 Celery Sticks (Chopped)
Mix it all together in a bowl.
For the dressing…
- One Cup of mayo
- One tablespoon of Red Vinegar
- One tablespoon of sugar
Mix it together, Stir it, and pour it on the salad. Then leave It In the refrigerator for 2 hours or more for great taste.
Perfect for camping and picnics.
