A Mouthwatering recipe made in indian style by me called Amritsari Fish.
Many of my Foreign friends ask me about indian recipes.
Here is my special gift to all my foreign friends.
Ii is a Non-Veg,Spicy,Punjabi Dish.

Ingredients:

600 gm Fish fillets (preferably king fish)
1/2 cup Malt vinegar
2 one inch pieces Ginger
15 cloves Garlic
2 Lemons
1 cup Gram flour (Gram flour)
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 Egg
1 tsp Carom seeds (carom seeds)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Red chili powder
Oil to deep fry
1 tsp spice mix power

Method:

Clean, wash and cut fish fillets into one and a half inch sized cubes. Marinate in vinegar for twenty minutes. Remove from the vinegar and pat the fish dry. Peel, wash and grind ginger and garlic to a fine paste. Wash and cut lemons into wedges. Make a batter of Gram flour, yogurt, egg, carom seeds, salt, lemon juice, red chili powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Keep the fish cubes in this marinade for about twenty minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a Pan and deep-fry the fish till golden brown and crisp. Drain onto an absorbent paper. Serve hot, sprinkled with spice mix power and lemon wedges.

Tips:

You could substitute malt vinegar with plain vinegar.

Sounds great, only I think I would bake it in the oven instead of frying.
