Arabic salad

chick peas                         gm    250
Coriander                         gm    15
Garlic                                  gm    20
Salt                                       gm    10
Coriander powder          gm 10
Red chilli powder           gm 10
Cumin powder                gm 10
onion                                  gm     40
parsley                              gm    35
Oil for frying

For  humus sauce
chick peas                    gm    300
garlic                             gm    95
salt                                 gm    10
lemon                          ml    170
olive oil                       ml    500

recipe for tahini sauce
white sesame seeds    gm    80
olive oil                           ml    80

for aoili sauce
mayonnaise              gm    500
garlic paste              gm    80
salt                               gm    1
pepper                        gm    1

for Garnish
pickled vegetables    gm    150

lettuce leave        gm    1500

Method:
1    grind chick peas,coriander leaves,parsley,garlic,onion and make a paste
2    add arabic powder
2    And deep fry them in hot oil
3    grind chickpeas,garlic,salt,olive oil,lemon juice and tahini paste

Assembling

mix broken lecture leave, and toss in aoili sauce
put fried falafel balls
add  humus
garnish with pickled vegetable
and serve
