Asian Chicken Salad is little Spicy and tasty to eat. It is healthy and has lot of protein from chicken breast.You can add spinach or other green leafy vegetable for more vitamins. To make fresh salads you should use fresh products preferably organic or from farmer’s market.Salads are easy and quick to make and also brings you lots of health benefits and weight loss. Salads helps you to obtain more fiber.Eating Salads makes our tummy feel full. Replace eating junk foods with salads. Chicken is very good source of  Protein.The leanest part of the chicken is the chicken breast. Peppers are good source of vitamin C, thiamine, vitamin B6, beta carotene, and folic acid. ginger may provide anti-inflammatory benefits, anti-cancer benefits and heart-health benefits.

 Preparation Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon minced,peeled ginger

3/4 tablespoon crushed red pepper

1/12 pound skinless,boneless chicken breasts,cut into small pieces

5 tablespoons oil

1/2 pound peas

4 ounces mushrooms

1/2 pound bean sprouts

Water

2 tablespoon white vinegar

2 tablespoon sugar

Preparation Method

In a bowl,combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce,ginger,crushed red pepper and garlic.Add chicken.Stir it. In other bowl,place bean sprouts.Add water and boil for 5 minutes.Drain the excess water. In a non stick skiller, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add snow peas add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon oil to non stick skillet.Add chicken,and cook chicken until it is golden brown. In a bowl mix vinegar,sugar,1 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoon soy sauce. Add chicken,beans,peas and mushroom .Mix well.
