1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves and root
3 spring onions, chopped
1 tbs vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 sachet Asian Style Chinese Ginger & Cinammon Spice Stick
8 basa fish skewers green salad, to deserve
1. Place coriander leaves and root, spring onion, oils and spice sachet in a food processor and process until a smooth paste forms.
2. Lay skewers on a baking paper-lined tray and brush all over with paste. Set aside for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a barbecue plate on medium-high. Cook skewers for 10 minutes, turning frequently until golden and cooked through. Serve with green salad. Enjoy!
