Best Fat-Free Chicken Salad

Quick, easy, fat-free! Great for lunch as a snack, or great for parties!

I just came up with this one day with stuff I had in the pantry.  I wanted something quick and easy, fat-free and delicious.  I don’t have exact measurements, I just do it by taste.  Some might like it spicier than others.  If that is the case use more horseradish sauce.  This has become so popular with friends and family.  Everyone loves it, even those who do not normally like chicken salad, so I just had to share it.  Hope you enjoy!

Drain and shred canned chicken with a fork.  Add dijon mustard, horseradish sauce and dill relish to taste.  Great on sandwiches or with crackers and cheese.

    Sounds delicious! Sometimes I also use left-over barbecue or rotisserie chicken to make chicken salad. Thanks for sharing this. :-)
