Celery Seed Dressing

Here is an extra yummy salad dressing.

2 1/2 cup sugar

4 teaspoon dry mustard

4 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cup vinegar

1 small onion, grated

4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup celery seed

Combine sugar, mustard and salt. Add half the vinegar and onion to dry mixture. Beat on medium speed of mixer for 15 minutes. Stir in oil, then remainder of vinegar. Mix until well blended Fold in celery seed Refrigerate and make 3 pints.

    Sounds great, but since I do not use salt, I would omit that right off the bat!!! I love homemade dressings!

    That is pretty much what I put in coleslaw. Love it.
