Coleslaw and Nuts
How to prepare coleslaw and nuts.
Ingredients
· 4 carrots
· ¼ white cabbage
· 100 g walnuts
· 2 stalks celery
· 1 red pepper
· 50 g of fresh peas
· 3 scallions
· Parsley
· Mustard
· Vinegar
· Oil
· Garlic

First prepare the vegetables: clean, peel and grate the carrots, cleaned and removed the center white cabbage, cut the nuts in half, cut into thin slices and celery, bell pepper and scallions, and sliced the parsley. Then mix all the vegetables in a large bowl.
Then prepare the dressing. We put in a food processor (or with a hand blender) 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon mustard and 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed. Add 3 tablespoons of water and we beat until mixture is creamy.
Pour the dressing over the salad and we remove it until mixed.
