Confetti Coleslaw
One of my favorite salad that you may also love! Just follow the simple steps I have provided and in a few minutes, tada! Feel every healthy flavors in your mouth!
Easy-to-make and readily available ingredients make up this salad. Plus an appetizing look completes your craving.
Ingredients:
1 can crushed pineapple, well-drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup raisins
1 small head cabbage, finely shredded (3 cups)
1 small carrot, cut into thin strips (1/2 cup)
1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips (1/4 cup)
Procedures:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with 1-1/2 tsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. iodized salt. Toss until well blended. Cover and chill before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
