Corn Salad

Recipe.

Ingredients

  • Sweet corn kernels – 2 cups or 250 g
  • Capsicum – ¼ cup / 40 g
  • Onion – ¼ cup / 40 g
  • Tomato – ¼ cup / 40 g
  • Coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chaat masala (optional) taste

Method

Corn Boil until soft, cut vegetables, cut into cubes. Mix all ingredients. Season with salt and finish with a lemon juice and coriander.

Advantages: The corn is easy, very good bones, digesting rich in phosphorus.
