Corn Salad

Recipe.
Ingredients
- Sweet corn kernels – 2 cups or 250 g
- Capsicum – ¼ cup / 40 g
- Onion – ¼ cup / 40 g
- Tomato – ¼ cup / 40 g
- Coriander – 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chaat masala (optional) taste
Method
Corn Boil until soft, cut vegetables, cut into cubes. Mix all ingredients. Season with salt and finish with a lemon juice and coriander.
Advantages: The corn is easy, very good bones, digesting rich in phosphorus.
