Creamy Lime Dressing

1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon syrup from canned fruit, or milk
1 teaspoon grated lime peel

Combine all ingredients and a dash of salt; chill quickly in the freezer. Serve over fresh or canned fruit salad. Yield: 1 cup dressing
