Cucumber Ring Salad

Fresh Ring Moould Cucumber salad…
Ingredients
- Gelatin – 1 Tbsp
- Cold water – ¼ cup.
- Hot water – ¼ cup.
- Cucumber – 1, thinly sliced, with the peel.
- Lemon juice - 1 Tsp.
- Sugar – 1 Tsp
- Salt – ½ Tsp
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water and then add hot water.
- Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Pour in a ring mould and keep aside
- When just starts setting arrange cucumber slices over lapping each other and press into the gelatin.
- Chill till almost set.
For salad:
Ingredients
- Gelatin – 2 Tbsp
- Cold water – ½ cup.
- Salt – 1 Tsp
- Sugar – 1 Tbsp
- Lemon juice
- Paneer – 200 grams, chopped. 1 cup.
- Cucumber – grated, 1 cup.
- Cabbage – ½ cup, finely cut.
- Onion – 1, chopped
- Mayonnaise’s – 2 Tbsp
Method
- Mix gelatin in cold water, add salt, sugar, lemon juice.
- Knead Paneer and mix the gelatin mixture, add all the vegetables and mayonnaise sauce. Taste this mixture; otherwise add seasons to your taste.
- Then pour mixture in ring mould and keep it in the freezer till it sets.
- After that unmould and serve.
- For the center decorate with water melon or mangoes, grapes or cherries.
