Diet Salad
It is a salad made out of fruits and vegetables. It’s a rich and healthy diet salad.

Dressing a salad you can use honey, olive oil and lime juice. These are the commonly used dressings.
Ingredients

Chopped apple – 1
Chopped carrot – 1
Chopped celery – 2 sticks
Chopped parsley few
Crunchy sunflower seeds few
Toasted pine nuts few
Dressing
One spoon honey, one small piece of ginger finely chopped, one spoon olive oil, lime juice and salt to taste. Toss and mix all these into the ingredients for a perfect dressing. Now the salad is ready to eat. It is very easy to prepare and healthy.
