Duck Crisp

Recipe To Make : DUCK Crisp.

Materials I:
-1 Ducks
-2 Liters of water
-3 Tablespoons of salt
-2 Pcs flower deaf

Materials II:
-1 Teaspoon of salt
-2 Pcs lemon
-1 Tablespoon garlic finely
-500 Ml of cooking oil

Materials III:
-100 Ml chilli bangkok
-1 Tbsp pineapple jam
-1 Teaspoon of vinegar
-1 Tbsp soy sauce

Materials IV:
-100 Grams of cornstarch
-1 egg white

How to Make:
1. Boil water, flowers deaf, and salt until boiling. Enter a whole duck, and cook for 20 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
2. After a cold duck into thin slices, mix with the material II. Marinate with egg white, then sprinkle with cornstarch (IV material) set aside a moment.
3. Heat oil until really hot, fry the duck until crisp.
4. Mix the ingredients III, mix well. Serve with crispy duck.
