Easy Dinner: Baked Salmon with Lemon & Sauce

Say goodbye to greasy, unhealthy fastfood meals! And say hello to fresh, healthy, and delicious dinner in 20 minutes or less!

For the same amount of time it takes you to grab a fast food meal; enjoy fresh, delicious, home-made dinner in the comforts of your own home.

Ingredients:

1 Packet McCormick International Lemon & Dill Sauce Mix
1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Pound Fresh Salmon Fillet
1 Lemon
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation/Cooking Method:

1. Prepare Lemon & Dill Sauce as per McCormick International Lemon & Dill Sauce Mix. Set aside.

2. Preheat oven to 350F.

3. Put some salt & pepper on the top part of the salmon fillet. Squeeze lemon. Pour Lemon & Dill Sauce over salmon fillet.

4. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with Steam Rice.

Serve with Mixed Greens, drizzled with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette.
