Egg Baked Fish with Fries

An other way to bake fish and have fun.

2 whole fish of medium   size preferably
cup lemon juice for marination of fish                 

1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon
salt
2 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon
turmeric powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder

2 eggs and corn flour  for  making paste

 

Method

Make cuts on both sides of the fish and marinate with salt and lemon juice for two hours. In a bowl mix vinegar, garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder eggs and cumin powder. Dip marinated fish in the mixture and transfer in a baking dish and bake for half an hour or 45  minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with fries, cucumber slices and onion rings.

The fish can be eaten  as snack or with bread
