Egg Salad: My Favorite Recipe

A simple recipe for egg salad.

  1. Boil about 4 to 6 eggs for about 2 to 4 people.
  2. Put chopped eggs in small mixing bowl

Mix with:

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise to taste
  • 1 heaping tbsp of Salad Dressing to taste
  • 1 tbsp of sweet or dill pickle juice to taste
  • 1/4 tsp of white or regular pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp of salt to taste

Serve on your favorite crackers, bread products.

    One of my favorite things when I dont want to cook dinner,sounds great.
