Fennel, Kohlrabi, Seeds and Fruit Salad with Peppery Boursin Cheese

The taste of fennel with peppery Boursin, figs with seeds and vegetables. .. utterly delicious and great.

Ingredients:
1 fennel, cut into whole pieces and stalks 
1 kohlrabi, cut into thin slices 
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons Sugat pumpkin seeds
 3 figs, cut into quarters
1 red pepper, cut into strips
6 mushrooms, cut into quarters 
3 tablespoons almonds, crushed 
4 tablespoons raisins
A few lettuce leaves 
150 grams of Boursin cheese
Salt and pepper 
Olive oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar 
1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup 

Preparation:
1. Cover a large serving bowl with the lettuce leaves
2. Inside the leaves, mix (with hands or 2 tablespoons) the fennel, kohlrabi, seeds, almonds, red pepper, mushrooms and raisins.  
3.  Crumble the Boursin cheese on top. 
4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, pomegranate syrup, salt and pepper.
5. Add the dressing to the salad, decorate with the fresh figs and serve.
