6 large tomatoes, cut in chunks
6 large green peppers, cut up
5 or 6 red onions, sliced in rings
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
dash red pepper
dash pepper
1/4 cup water
Boil vinegar and spices 1 minute. Pour over tomatoes, onions, and peppers while hot. Cool. Serve as salad or vegetable
