Fish Cod Salad

A great salad that compliments any rice dish or can be served alone. Can be eaten cold or hot.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag boned cad fish
  • 2 boiled green  bannanas
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 1 onion sliced fine
  • 1 and half ovacado cut into cubes
  • half cup olive oil

Method

Boil cod fish for about 45 minutes. In seperate large pot boil eggs, green bannanas, potatos and eggs.  Watch your potatos closely, we do not want very mushy potatos. As everything is boiling add you sliced onions to you half cup olive oil in a large bowl. Cut up yous avacado and set aside. When your cod fish is done breake up with a fork in your onions and olive oil. When potatoes are soft but not falling apart take out and cut each one into 4 pieces and place in bowl. as your green bannanas are boiling peel and continue to boil for about 15 more minutes.Take out eggs peel and cut into slices,place into bowl mixture.When bannanas are done take out slice and place into bowl mixture. Mix all ingredients. Place into serving dish and garnish with the avacad pieces.

Eat warm or cold, refridgerate any leftovers. Can be eatin next day cold or warm.
