Fruit salad is a traditional Filipino desserts.
Thanks God its Friday. A perfect day for me. Since today is my rest day. So I volunteered to prepare some foods for our picnic on Sunday. I went to the supermarket to buy some groceries for our FRUIT SALAD and other menu. And here’s what we are going to need.
850g fruit cocktail
560g tropical fruit in can (of your choice)
170g nestle cream
150g raisin (you can put more if you are a raisin lover)
75ml condensed milk
Drain syrup from fruit cocktail and tropical fruit in can.
Cut the the apple into small cubes.
In a big mixing bowl put the fruit cocktail, tropical fruit, apple, nestle cream and condensed milk (you can adjust the amount of milk according to the sweetness you like) and mix well.
Add raisin and mix evenly.
It should be look creamy. Put in an air tight container and freeze for a night. Bring out from freezer 30 minutes before serving. And you have a flavorful fruit salad. Perfect for summer season.
Alternatively, you can some Eden cheese in cubes and cherry for more appetizing taste and color.
