Fruity Seven Cup Salad

Just seven ingredients of fruit in this appetizing mixture to make up a smooth and tangy dessert. Makes eating your daily servings of apple, oranges, and other fruit even more fun and deliciously chilling.

§    Simple Ingredients:

1 Cup of Pineapple Chunks

1 Cup of Tangerine or Mandarin Oranges (sliced)

1 Cup of Flake Coconut

1 Cup of Cherries (in jar)

1 Cup of Mini Marshmallows (colors) or Jet Puff Marshmallow Creme (optional)

1 Cup of Sour Cream

1 Cup of Apple (peeled and chopped)

§    Simple Preparation:

Drain fruit well, then mix all ingredients in bowl or dish and set in refrigerator for 24 hours or at least overnight to chill. You can garnish fruit salad with a few slices of oranges and a few cherries for decoration, if you like. This recipe yields about 4 to 5 servings for family or friends.

Tip: You can subsititute some of the fruit and add peaches and bananas instead, to your liking.
