Goddess Salad Dressing(can Also be Used on Baked Potatoes)
Here is a wonderful new salad dressing to try. It might become better as it is so much better than basic dressings like French and Italian.
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon seasoned salt
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 Tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 4 Tablespoons water
2 cups mayonnaise
green food coloring
anchovies chopped
Bring chicken stock, vinegar, seasoned salt and sugar, Tabasco sauce, garlic and Worcestershire sauce to a boil. Whip in cornstarch mixture and let simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool for 5 minutes then whip in mayonnaise Add green food coloring if desired and use chopped anchovies as garnish. Refrigerate and use for salads and baked potatoes.
