Grilled pork Russia.

This is the traditional dishes of Russian and is considered a relatively “easy to eat” for the Vietnamese. This dish used with many vegetables and certainly not vegetables it is – a kind of herbs are always mentioned when talking about Russian dishes.

Ingredients: 500g lean meat shavings, a large white onion, several stalks fennel, cucumber salt, salt and sour improvement (or salad), chips used together. Spice marinade: two teaspoons of salt, two teaspoons of sugar, two teaspoons of vinegar, a little red wine. Spice dots: chili, mustard yellow,

Implementation: Lean chips washed, drained, slanted departed. Minced onion squeezed a little water. Marinate meat with salt, sugar, pepper, juice of chopped, vinegar, wine, freeze, about an hour to infiltration.

Take meat out of fridge, meat in the oven at a temperature of about 2000C in 45 minutes. When you see the yellow meat cooked, as are aromatic. When eating, cut out just mouth pieces.

Part Left onion peeled, washed, split ten questions, separate pieces. It is washed, sliced very finely, mix with onions.

Meat removed, sliced to taste, for a disc, use the included fries, onion mix, salted cucumber, salted sour improvement (or salad), marked with chili, mustard yellow.
