Healthy Caesar Salad Recipe

Caesar Salad recipe contains the various nutrients with lots of fibre and lettuce. easy to make and healthy meal.

A very healthy and tasty salad the Caesar Salad for you.

Ingredients:

  • Brown Bread – 2 slice
  • Garlic clove – 2 crushed
  • Iceberg Lettuce – 1/2 head
  • Lollo Rosso Lettuce – 1/2 head
  • Basil Leave
  • Cheese – 100 grams
  • Olive oil

And for Dressing:

  • Eggs – 2
  • Mustard paste – 2 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire Sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper Corn – 3 Crushed
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Healthy Caesar Salad Recipe:

  • Cut the bread slices in cubes
  • heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and add garlic
  • Add bread cubes till they little crisp
  • Wash the lettuce leaves and keep them in the bowl and also tear basil leaves and add in the bowl
  • Now add the bread cubes to the bowl
  • Add the grated cheese to the bowl
  • Boil the eggs for 2-3 minutes and the bread them and whisk well in another bowl
  • Now add Mustard paste, Worcestershire Sauce, Black Pepper Corn, Olive oil and Salt to taste, whisk them all
  • Now add the dressing to the salad and toss lightly
  • Serve and enjoy

    Sounds delicious — and healthful!

    The Caesar is my favorite kind of salad. I’ll definitely keep these in mind when for the next time I fix myself a bowl. :)
