Healthy Moroccan Shrimp Salad

Deliciously spiced shrimp on a bed of lettuce.
Ingredients
- 1 table spoon each of Curry,
- Chili powder, and
- turmericthe juice of one lemon
- 1 lb bag of shrimp(cooked)
- pinch of salt
- about 6-7 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 head of lettuce
Method
Put the oil into a medium sized pan and put over medium heat. once the oil begins to bubble, not boil, add the spices and the lemon juice. once it comes to a boil add the shrimp. cook for around 2-3 minuets then turn off heat. leave on stove until ready to serve. Now divide the lettuce into 6 bowls. one ready to serve add the shrimp to the bowls, about 7-8 pieces each, and pour the sauce over the whole thing. Serve while hot. (serves six)
