How to Cook Pork Vinegrette (Paksiw Na Pata)

This is a Filipino Dish (vinegar stew using Pork Hindleg)

The Ingredients:

1 Kilo Pork (hindleg part)

1 cup vinegar

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup water

1 tsp garlic (sliced)

4 tsp brown sugar

1 pc of bay leaf

10 pcs of whole black pepper

salt

Steps/Directions

1. Cut the pork according to the desired size.

2. Mix vinegar, water, onion and pepper in a casserole and put the meat. Cook until meat is tender.

3. Ocassionally stir,  add soy sauce and brown sugar.

4. Seasoned it with salt according to your taste and let it fully cooked. That’s EAT!
