How to Make Deviled Eggs

Good stuff.

Items needed.

1 dozen hard-boiled-eggs- peeled and cut in half, 3 heaping T. Mayonnaise or salad dressing, 2 tsp. mustard-Honey Dijon or regular, 3 tsp. pickle relish, 1 tsp. onion powder, and 1 tsp. garlic powder salt and pepper to taste.

Remove egg yolks from whites, set aside. in a bowl, mash the yolks to where they are fine and lump free. combine salad dressing or must with yolks. Add relish. stir until all of the ingredients are creamy.  Add onion and garlic powders and salt. Fill eggs whites with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle the paprika for a devilish look.

These ingredients may be adjusted to preference and taste.

Hints: Try not to under-cook the eggs and they will peel easier when taking the shell off the hard-boiled egg.
