Ketchup (No Sugar or Salt)

1 large can tomato juice

1/2 cup wine vinegar

garlic powder, to taste

artificial sweetener, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, cover and bring to a boil. Uncover and simmer until mixture is reduces to 1/2 its original volume. Stir occasionally. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
