Meatballs and Mushrooms
1 pound hamburger
1/2 small onion, chopped
3 slices whole wheat bread made into crumbs
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Make into small meatballs. 1/4 pound fresh, small mushrooms, 1 8-ounce bottle low-cal italian dressing. put meatballs into 9×13-inch pan. Wedge mushrooms between meatballs. Pour dressing over meatballs and mushrooms. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes at 325*. Serve over rice. Serves 2-4.
