Recipe of momos.

Ingredients

  • Maida –1 cup
  • Onion –1
  • Cabbage –1
  • Carrot– 1
  • Capsicum– 1
  • Chicken/paneer/soyabean– 250 gms
  • Oil –2 tbsp
  • Salt– to taste
  • Vinegar–1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce– 2 tsp
  • Rd chili powder– tsp

Method

  1. .Grate all the vegetables.
  2. Dice the chicken/paneer in small cubes.
  3. Add 1.5 tbsp oil in a pan. add all the chopped & sliced ingredients.
  4. Also add vinegar, soya sauce, salt & red chilli powder to the mixture.
  5. Keep aside & let it cool.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare a dough using maida, oil, water & salt.
  7. Roll thin puri sized chappatis using the whole dough.
  8. Neatly add on the prepared mixture in the centre of the chappatis.
  9. hen close the circles forming girdles on the top.
  10. Lastly steam it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  11. Serve hot with garlic chilli sauce.
