This is my Black Beans And Rice Dinner.

This is a great dinner I hope you enjoy. It is my Black beans and rice. You will need, 3 tablespoons Olive Oil, 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped, 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 can of Black beans , 3/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon oregano, a pinch of salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar. 1.Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add onion, pepper and garlic. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes. Serve over white rice. This is a fast and easy dinner you can make for you and your family.I hope you and your family will enjoy it.
