Pineapple Crunch Salad

Pineapple salad with a little crunch.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups of canned pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup of cooked green peas
- 5 stalks of celery, diced
- 1 cup of chopped peanuts (any kind of peanuts)
- Sugar, pepper and salt to taste
Method
- Simply mix all the ingredients. Toss lightly.
- Add salt, sugar and pepper to taste
- Refrigerate before serving.
