Pineapple Crunch Salad

Pineapple salad with a little crunch.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups of canned pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup of cooked green peas
  • 5 stalks of celery, diced
  • 1 cup of chopped peanuts (any kind of peanuts)
  • Sugar, pepper and salt to taste

Method

  1. Simply mix all the ingredients. Toss lightly.
  2. Add salt, sugar and pepper to taste
  3. Refrigerate before serving.
