Salata
Summer Greek salad.
Ingredients
- 5 roma tomatoes
- 1 seedless cucumber
- 1/2 medium red onion
- chopped fresh basil
- purslane
- olive oil
- 1/4 cup feta
- lemon
- sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Method
- Slice and halve tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Chop onions and herbs.
- Cut up feta into small chunks.
- Toss all ingredients in a big glass salad bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil and the juice of one lemon over salata.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Toss.
- Chill for 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
