If you love salads like I do you might want a quicker way to make them.
Instead of taking time to chop hard-boiled eggs for tuna, pasta or potato
salads, grate them on the large-holed side of your box grater.
For tastier mushrooms never soak fresh mushrooms in water they’ll absorb it and
become tasteless and watery. Instead, clean with a damp cloth or, if necessary,
rinse them with cold water, then wipe dry with a paper towel.
