Shrimp Salad and Crackers

Very tasty salad, simple to prepare, suitable for everyday and holidays.

Shrimp (boiled, peeled) – 150 g
Eggs (boiled) – 2
Corn (canned) – 4 tbsp. l.
Peking cabbage (tender part of leaves) – 350-400 g
Red onion (small onion) – 0,5 pc
Crackers (white) – 0.5 package.
Vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) – 3-4 tablespoons. l.
Dill (a few sprigs)
Vinegar (spiced, 6% Q) – 1 tsp.
Black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Recipe “salad with prawns and croutons”
Slice the cabbage and onions.

Add corn and shrimp.

Add boiled eggs, sliced slices, dill.

Salt, add pepper, season with oil and vinegar (or lemon juice).
Mix well.

Before serving, add croutons.
