Spinach Salad with Avocado-ranch Salad Dressing

Here is a delicious salad that everyone in your family will adore.It will become you family’s favorite recipe and a go to recipe for you when you don’t know what to cook!

1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted, divided

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 1/2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill

1 Tablespoon white vinegar

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

7 cups baby spinach raw

1 medium green bell pepper sliced

Green Pepper

1 15 ounce can chickpeas rinsed

Put into a blender with the insides of a half avocado, then put in dill, buttermilk, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper.It should be smooth when finishing puree

The other half of the avocado should be cut inbto 1/2 inch chunks. Combine soinach, bell pepper and chick peas in a large bwol. Put on the dressing and coat it by tossing. Divide among four salad playes and put chopped avo0cado on it.
