Hello friends, after the Holidays food and active lifestyles, etc. Here are some options/ metabolism boosters to burning off those lbs..

*Fruit salad*
your choice of fruit
fat free whip cream
layer between fruit and fat free whipped cream
* salad delite*
bag of lettuce in a large bowl
fruit cut in chunks
cheese in slices
tomatoes chunks
1/2 of shredded purple cabbage
roasted red peppers in small portions
and your fav. dressings. ( suggestion: fat free)
salad juice..
3 cups of chopped lettuce
3 cups of chopped tomatoes
3 cups of shredded purple cabbage
and use a juice maker
add all the above ingredients in there
and suggestion: radish,.
add do a taste test..

cabbage, lettuce, cauliflower, beets, and so on
and then drink water. You may want to consider
walking for possibly 2 hours.. a some what fast walk
without running. The more you get carefully active
and with friends, etc. The more and longer you are active
carefully the quicker you lbs will burn.
You possibly will lower your cholesterol and etc…
If you like shrimp or crab meat consider adding them to your
salad or juice blend..
eating as much seafood as you can without getting tired of it
will help your health a thousand fold. We are talking oils in
your hair if you have dry scalp. Proteins, and other vital vitamins
necessary for growth and cancer preventing/ curing possibly.
