Ingredients

• 2 bags of Pre-shredded Cabbage & carrot mix (In produce section at the grocery store)
• Sauce
• 1-1/2 Cups of Hellman’s mayo
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
• Salt & Pepper

Method

1. (Optional)  If you like fine shredded coleslaw like I do, then you can chop it up a bit finer in a food chopper.
2. Empty 1 bag of the coleslaw mix in large bowl.
3. Mix sauce ingredients together  and add 1/2 to coleslaw mix & MIX WELL
4. Add second bag of coleslaw mix to the rest and the other half of the sauce & MIX WELL again.
5. Add salt and pepper of desired taste and mix well one last time.
6. If you feel to have your coleslaw even creamier, mix up another batch of the sauce and add it very little at a time, but remember, when you put it in refridgerator, it will get a bit soupy so if you add more sauce it will be even more so. My suggestion is to just stay with the one batch till you come to know your desire and the recipe.
