Teriyaki Marinade- Great for Wild Game

3/4 cup salad oil

1/2 cup wine vinegar

1 large slice raw onion

3 tablespoons soy sauce

salt

2 bay leaves

juice of 1/2 lemon

1/4 tablespoon ground black pepper

3 tablespoons brown sugar

Combine above ingredients and pour over steaks that have been sliced into small strips. Marinate 1 hour at room temperature and turn steaks once at 1/2 hours. Can be marinated longer for more tenderness and flavor. Delivious when cooked over bbq grill.
