The Many Ways to Enjoy Fruit to Consider

Hi one and all.. we all know we love fruit, they taste great. Now lets get creative..

Also, knowing what fruit is for BRAIN POWER, some are for looks, and so forth.  Now lets 

go even further. WITHout FRYING our foods.  Lets come up with 

better options.  

Grilling: consider NO butters/margarine’s

                             NO cooking oils with calories

                             NO salt added

baking for a few minutes in 0 calorie cooking spray

adding 0 calorie butter spray

adding a little sweet n low or etc.. no calorie sweetener

making a decked out fruit salad with slightly larger chunks

or consider sliced fruit in salad 

combining fruit chunks and vegetables chunks

add fat free whipped cream

creating a fruit and vegetable parfait

fruit smoothie

fruit and vegetable smoothie

fruit milk shake

fruit and vegetable milk shake

fruit cupcake

fruit and vegetable cupcake

fruit cake: consider using egg beaters, fat free half & half

in the cake and on top
