The Ultimate Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe

Are you looking for something healthy to eat? Are you a salad fan? This recipe tastes amazing and also is extraordinarily healthy.

Dressing:

  • 3 Tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • Ramen Noodle seasoning packet
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • Whisk dressing ingredients together. Set aside.

Salad:

  • 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
  • 2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cucumber, cut into slivers
  • 1 boneless chicken breast, baked, shredded
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 package Ramen Noodles, crushed

Method

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl, Add dressing and toss.
