Tomato and Mozzerlla Salad with Artichokes

Delicious anytime of the week salad that can be mixed in with any meal as a marinade or alone as a wonderful snack.

Roma or cherry tomatoes cut however you prefer ,  mozzarella balls ,fresh herbs or Italian seasoning with a little extra garlic and basil ,olive oil( light so it’s not to strong),  frozen or a jar of artichoke hearts .Mix all ingredients in a bowl  excellent to eat right away or let marinate in the fridge with a cover this is prefered .
