Ulitmate Caesar Salad

This is, without a doubt, the ultimate Caesar salad.
Ultimate Caesar Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 small head of romaine lettuce
-2 Tbsp chopped green onion
-1 cup of croutons
-1 clove of garlic
-4 Tbsp olive oil
-2 Tbsp vinegar
-1/2 tsp dry mustard
-8 drops Worcestershire sauce
-1 egg yolk
-juice of 1 lemon
-3 drops of Tabasco sauce
Directions:
Chop garlic and grind in a bowl. Add dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Grind into a paste. Squeeze in lemon juice and mix. Mix in the egg yolk; add oil and vinegar. Stir all ingredients together well. Pour over the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Enjoy your ultimate Caesar salad.

It does sound really good but it is missing the anchovies for me. I know the worcestershire sauce has them.

I stopped by to tell you that you inspired me to make your dressing/salad and it was just incredible. I really enjoyed my dinner. ( I did add a little anchovie, I know its not everyones thing).
